Philip and Grace serve in Cambodia through their ministry, Jubilee for Cambodia. Their vision is to reach the youth of Cambodia with the love of Christ. It is their passion, as in Isaiah 61:1-2, to preach tidings to the poor, to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim Liberty to the captives and freedom to those who are in bondage.
Their desire is to comfort those who mourn enter proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor to the Khmaer people. They do this through education, assisting orphans and regular prison ministry.
